Speakers highlight: Wholehearted Writers Week day 1!
Hi, writers!
Just a quick reminder that our early bird discount is available to folks who apply by October 12 (which is sooner than it feels like it should be!).
We’re so excited to share more details about our speakers related to each conference theme! Let’s start at the beginning :)
On day 1, our featured theme will be Writer: Who’s writing, and why, and how, and when? Get to know our speakers who will be sharing about this topic:
M. L. Krishnan originally hails from the coastal shores of Tamil Nadu, India. She has been awarded Fellowships and Residencies from Tin House, MacDowell, the Carnegie Corporation, Millay Arts, and the Clarion West Writers Workshop. Her stories and essays have appeared, or are forthcoming in Fantasy, Strange Horizons, Black Warrior Review and elsewhere. Her work has been anthologized in The Year’s Best Dark Fantasy & Horror, Brave New Weird, Afterlives: The Year’s Best Death Fiction, Wigleaf Top 50, Best Microfiction, Best Small Fictions and more.
She’ll be discussing how she stays true to herself in the process of ideation and drafting, something you can definitely feel in her finished work. You can find her at: mlkrishnan.com.
